Delivery within Australia
usually takes 3-7 working days. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will
be processed and sent that day, otherwise they will be processed the next
business day. eParcel requires a signature on delivery for all parcels, if no
one is home a card will be left and the parcel is taken to your local Post
Office. International orders can expect delivery between 5 - 21 days depending

All parcels are given a
tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped.
This allows you to track the progress of your delivery at all times. Simply
visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and
enter your tracking number to find out the status of your parcel.
Shipping to any
international address is a flat rate of $35 for any order under 1.5 kgs. We
will assess the weight of your order and if it is above 1.5 kg we will contact
you and give you a quote for the additional postage. Orders are sent via
regular post with a tracking number. Your parcel can take between 5 - 21 days
depending on your location.
We are happy to offer a refund, credit or exchange.

All labels, tags and boxes must still be included and attached.
sale, special price or reduced price items cannot be refunded,
SALE items are not eligible for return or refund so please choose carefully.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the item has been
received. We will email you once the refund has been processed. Allow up to 7
business days for your refund to show in your account.
Cost of delivery will not be refunded, however items can be returned in store.

Booty Shoes is not legally obligated to refund or exchange items because if we
believe the item has not been returned in its original condition.
We update our product
availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another
customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time.
If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that this has
occurred. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund
immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new
delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund. If
you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of
receiving your order and follow the return conditions.
do not offer refunds to international customers but we do offer exchanges or
credit notes. If you wish to exchange a product or get a credit note from an
international order you must still follow the above conditions and receive an
RA number within 10 days of order.
